What Stays the Same

  • Same “Table 1, 2, 3, 4 concept” 
  • Participants will be required to park outside of the designated perimeter that will be utilized for the lining up of groups.
  • There will be 2 designated tents for registration this year:
    • Sweepstakes winners registration
    • Walk-up registration
  • All participants will be assigned a time frame associated with their position in line (Sweepstakes & Walk-Up separately).



  • Masks are not required but the use of masks to protect yourself and those around you is appreciated.
  • All customers will have to check in at tents prior to entering the property.
  • There will be two check-in tents: 1 for sweepstakes winners and 1 for walk-up participants.
  • After registering, Sweepstakes winners will be asked to line up.
  • After registering, the walk-up participants will be asked to leave the property.

  • Walk-up registration will be at the edge of the parking lot.  No walk-up customers shall be allowed on property (once registered) until after all sweepstakes winners have gone through.
  • There will be 100 assigned positions in line.
  • The winners will be assigned arrival times based on their awarded position in line at the winning location.  (Click here for times)
  • There will be four arrival time groups (positions 1-25, 26-50, 51-75, and 76–100)
  • The four groups will be assigned a time to check-in and assigned a cutoff time to be in line.
  • No one will be allowed on the property prior to their assigned time.

  • Once registered, participants are instructed to leave the premises until their designated time as mentioned above.
  • The parking lot will be pre-marked using designated signage and arrows for 25 attendees .
  • Inside the store will be marked to allow for approximately 5 customers at one time.
  • Once inside, customers will be directed through the “table 1” , “table 2”,  “table 3”, and  "table 4" areas where they will make their selections.
  • All product must be purchased through the use of a credit/debit card and shall be carried out by the customer.
  • Registration will open at 8:00 am. 
  • Timed slots in groups of 25 will be given to these participants. (Click here for times)
  • Registrants will be given a “ticket” with their assigned time to line up.
  • Registrants will be asked to leave the property until their assigned time.
  • The “ticket will be required for entry onto the property.



    • Traffic flow will follow the perimeter of the sales floor in order to spread customers out and allow them to shop all areas. This will allow more people in the store while maintaining safe social distancing.
    • Available product will be put on tables in all sections.  The customer can only take the quantity available for purchase.
    • Shopping carts will be supplied to all participants to aid in carrying the product and to help with social distancing
    • A maximum of two cash registers will be open for checkout.  This should help spread out the customer while they are completing the purchase.
    • Whenever possible, customers will enter and exit through different doors.
