Selected Procedures

Each Sweepstake winner will need to be present at the store and in line at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the event.  Sweepstakes winners will be allowed to line up as early as 9:15 a.m. the day of the event.  Our employees will take the 30 minutes prior to opening to verify the identities of the sweepstakes winners and their assigned position in line.  To get a full list of participating stores CLICK HERE.  Please remember to bring your Alabama State issued ID, Alabama driver's license or military photo ID.  The name on your ID must match the name on the Sweepstakes entry exactly.  All Sweepstakes winners NOT present and in line at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the event will be disqualified and the line will adjust to absorb the missing participant’s position in line.

 

Participants may purchase from Tables 1 & 2 as detailed below:

Table 1 - 1 bottle from Table 1 - (1 item total) - (these are the most highly allocated products)

Table 2 - 1 bottle1 from Table 2 - (1 item total) - (these are the second most highly allocated products) 

 

Participants will not be allowed to purchase multiple items from either table.

 

While in the store, all products that are available will be displayed on one of the two tables.  Participants are asked to point at a bottle, and one will be supplied from reserves until the inventory is exhausted.  At that point the last bottle will be given to the participant from the table.
