Winner Procedures

Each Sweepstake winner will have to register at the store where they won a place in line.  Please remember to bring your Alabama State issued ID, Alabama driver's license or military photo ID.  The name on your ID must match the name on the Sweepstakes entry exactly.

We will have a registration tent set up specifically for Sweepstakes winners at every location.  It will open at 8:00 am.  Any customers on the property before 8:00 am will be asked to vacate the premise until their allotted time slot and/or the registration tents open.  You should have been given a time to arrive and register when you were notified.  The Sweepstakes winner’s times are listed below.  These are the times at which the Sweepstakes winners will be allowed on the premises.  As participants cannot come on the property until their assigned time slot, these tents shall be placed in locations near the edge of the property.

The use of a mask is not required, however, to protect yourself and those around you, the use of a mask is appreciated.

To keep the crowds manageable and to allow for the comfort and safety of all involved, participants shall only be allowed to get in line at their specified time. 

Participants may purchase from Tables 1-4 as detailed below. 

Table 1 - 1 bottle from Table 1 - (1 item total) - (these are the most highly allocated products)

Table 2 - 2 bottles from Table 2 - (2 items total - must be two different items) - (these are the second most highly allocated products)  

               Participants will not be allowed to purchase two of the same item from Table 2.

Table 3 - Choose as many different items as you would like on this table, but you are limited to 1 bottle per item.

Table 4 - Choose as many different items as you would like on this table, but you are limited to 2 bottles per item.

The line will then go around the perimeter of the store to accommodate safety measures for all participants.  The products displayed on the tables are spaced apart so participants can shop each table in comfort.  Only two bottles of each item will be on the table at any given time.  They will be refilled as they are purchased.  We plan to have one ABC store employee at each table.  Participants will be required to stay in line and not move ahead of the participant in front of you.  All products available in the Whiskey Release shall be available via this method.  You shall have the opportunity to shop every product that is still available within your time slot.
