License Description
May receive shipments of liquor from licensed manufacturers and/or licensed importers and sell liquor at wholesale, except to retail licensees, or distribute liquor to the board. Licensees are required by ALA. ADMIN. CODE Rule 20-X-9-.01 (1998) to file a monthly report prior to the twentieth day of the month following the month of the receipt of liquor. If liquor is not received by the licensee during any month, a zero-activity report affirming no receipts must be filed.
