License Description
May receive shipments of table wine from licensed manufacturers and/or licensed importers and sell table wine at wholesale. Licensees are required by Section 28-7-16(b)(2), Code of Alabama 1975 and Section 28-7-16(e)(2), Code of Alabama 1975 to file a monthly report due not later than the fifteenth day of the second month following the month of receipt of table wine by the wholesaler. If table wine is not received by the licensee during any month, a zero-activity report affirming no receipts must be filed.
